gitignore: Add .clangd and .ccls-cache
Add residues of clangd and ccls to prevent them from being accidentally
included in a commit.
clangd and ccls are two C/C++ Language Server implementations listed in
https://microsoft.github.io/language-server-protocol/implementors/servers/ .
