Started cleaning up FAQ directory for 2.0.
Move old FAQ to FreeBSD-1.1.FAQ
Started new FAQ
Move old Systems to Systems-1.1.FAQ
Started new Systems
moved slip-dialup to Slip.FAQ (Needs to be reworked for 2.0)
