* Renumber copyright clause 4Warner Losh2017-02-281-1/+1
| | | | | | | | | | | | Renumber cluase 4 to 3, per what everybody else did when BSD granted them permission to remove clause 3. My insistance on keeping the same numbering for legal reasons is too pedantic, so give up on that point. It doesn't affect the operation if gcc. Most of the changes are just adding __INTEL_COMPILER to #ifdef's, as icc v8 may define __GNUC__ some parts may look strange but are necessary. An icc compiled kernel works since Nov. 2003 (exceptions: snd_* if used as modules), it survives a build of the entire ports collection with icc.
